Understanding Your Order Status

Your order status is categorized as follows:

  • Normal: Agreed upon by the customer and our Dispatch Representative (go or good).
  • Hold: Criteria of ‘Normal’ status that is time dependent on pump/belt truck or a completion of a pre-pour inspection.
  • Will Call: Does not have all information to process.

Will Call Orders

  • Not be available until after 9:00-9:30 am Monday-Friday.
  • No Will Call orders on Saturdays will be accepted, as all Saturday orders will be confirmed the day before by 4:00 pm.
  • Need to have a confirmed status as ‘Normal’ 2 hours before scheduled time.
  • If no contact has been made with the customer the order will be considered an Inactive Order.
  • When contact is made, the order will be reactivated/scheduled for the next available delivery time.

Please remember that No Will Call orders will be available for the 1st round of concrete deliveries. Be sure to confirm your next day’s 1st round orders by 4:00 pm on the business day before your scheduled delivery.

Saturday Orders

  • Scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and incur an additional Saturday Delivery Fee.
  • Please call-in advance to ensure we provide you with the best service.
  • All Saturday orders MUST be confirmed by the Friday before your order is due.
  • If you cannot receive a first-round Saturday delivery, please be available to accept your order as soon as we can provide service.

Call Back Loads and Running Short

  • Calculate the maximum volume needed to minimize the number of trucks required.
  • We understand that miscalculations happen and call back loads may be needed.
  • Unforeseen deliveries can hinder our ability to serve you effectively.

Cold Weather Concrete

If temperatures or road conditions pose a risk to our drivers or equipment, we reserve the right to delay or reschedule your delivery.

Conditions that may affect delivery include:

  • Ambient temperatures or wind chills of zero or below
  • Extreme snowy or icy roads
  • Fog, blowing snow, and poor visibility
  • Total distance to/from the job site

Concrete may be delivered under certain conditions, but the customer is responsible for any resulting quality issues. In cold weather, the minimum load size is 2 yards, and it’s important to unload promptly to ensure quality.
