Job Site Accessibility:

Provide detailed instructions once on-site, including an area for trucks to rinse down after the pour. (If none, washout bags are available for an additional fee.)

Please ensure the job site is easily accessible for trucks to enter and exit promptly.

Yes! If you need a specific-colored concrete, we highly recommend using the American Materials Powdered Integral color products. Click here to see our concrete color chart.

If you are going to be using Colored Concrete on your order:

Please let us know the color choice as well as if you will be adding the color at one of our plants or on-site.
Minimum load size for colored concrete is 2 yards
Colored concrete loads will be charged a Color Cleanout Fee

We offer concrete deliveries at all hours of the day and try to accommodate same-day orders if possible.

Yes! Saturday deliveries are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call in advance to schedule your delivery. Note: Saturday deliveries incur an additional fee.

You can check the status of your order in real time on the Command Alkon Customer Portal app. Once the order is in the batching process, you will get a notification and be able to see the ETA of the truck(s).

Normal: This is the time agreed upon by the customer and Dispatch to have concrete on the jobsite. Our team will reach out to you directly if there are any delivery delays impacting your order.

Inactive: An order that has not been confirmed and an attempt to contact the customer was unsuccessful.

Will Call: An order that has been placed by the customer for a specific time but all the information on the order has not been confirmed. Note: all necessary information must be confirmed at least 2 hours prior to the initial delivery request to be processed.

Conditions that may affect delivery include:

Ambient temperatures or wind chills of zero or below
Extreme snowy or icy roads
Fog, blowing snow, and poor visibility
Total distance to/from the job site

Please contact our Dispatch Customer Service Representatives if you are concerned about any pending weather delays and to discuss next steps.

Minimum Load Fee: Load sizes with a volume of less than 6 yards
Color Cleanout Fee: Concrete containing specific color will need to be cleaned after your delivery.
Saturday Deliveries
Cancellations: Deliveries canceled after being loaded will be charged as normal.
